It is very good to get samples of legal forms. Otherwise in small companies has no lawyer and for not important activities contracts and other documents must be prepared by bookkeeper or accountant. And it is not job of bookkeeper to prepare contract forms...

The TFSA is becoming one of the few and best tax shelters for Canadians especially for those who have already maxed out their RRSPs. If you have not contributed anything yet to the TFSA, you can now contribute $15000 for 2009, 2010 and 2011. ($5000 for each of the three years)

What is really appealing about the Smart Hanger is the friendly alternative to the wire hangers and the amount of harmful metal waste that can be eliminated. Bravo to a Canadian invention.

British Columbia is known as the most entrepeneural province in Canada, probably due to the high percentage of immigrants. Out of the three finalists, two are women, and two are British Columbians. Could also mean that women and British Columbians are more eco-conscious? .. since this is a greenvention contest.

I noticed that the names of the finalists and their companies were mentioned very casually, and unless one has a pen in hand to jot down the names, it would be difficult to remember the names. I hope that the publicity will bring business to the entrepreneurs. Good luck to the baby wipe mompreneur!
